About Heather

Hi, I'm Heather.

I believe an organized home should be accessible to everyone — not just people it comes naturally to.

I didn't set out to become a professional organizer. My child has ADHD and Autism, and watching someone that bright and capable struggle — not from lack of effort, but because the world around them wasn't set up for how they think — sent me on a deep dive into executive function, brain-based challenges, and what actually helps versus what just looks good on paper.

Along the way, I started applying what I was learning in my own home. Things got easier. Not perfect — easier. That mattered.

What started as a parent figuring things out became a genuine calling. I pursued specialized education and started showing up in other people's homes — meeting them in the overwhelm, figuring out what's not working, and building from there.

What I've learned since is that the struggle is almost never about willpower, and the fix is almost never a perfect container or a clever label. It's about building something that fits the person actually living there - and then making it stick. That's the part most people have never had help with.

I get to watch people relax in their own homes again. Someone finds the thing they've been looking for, or has people over without a week of dread first, or just stops apologizing for their space. That never gets old.

What I Bring to This Work

I'm the organizer who sits on your floor with you and helps you figure out why the hall closet hasn't worked in three years — and what might.

I work with people whose homes reflect full, complicated lives. People who've tried before. People whose brains work differently. People going through transitions they didn't plan for. I meet all of them the same way — without judgment, without rushing, and without pretending I know their home better than they do.

This work takes knowledge, patience, and a willingness to let someone else set the pace. That's what I'm good at.

And you don't need a diagnosis or a complicated story to reach out. Sometimes life just gets busy and the house gets away from you. That specialized knowledge makes me better at this work for everyone — because understanding how people think and make decisions helps whether the challenge has been there for decades or just since last summer.
